As Quatre is empathic, being a 'New Type' in the Gundam Wing universe, he can pick up strong emotions from people. Strength also increases due to how well he comes to know someone.

For RP purposes, please comment here on if Quatre can 'read' your character's emotions, or if you don't want him to feel anything.

Kazuo Kiriyama bewareboy6 is someone he literally will feel nothing from. Not even kidding. Nothing.

Anna Kushina prettiestcolor is someone he can read but she likely will be able to read him too but her abilities are stronger than his if she really focuses. (I swear I'm not trying to boss you around!)

Michael gotashortfuse is someone he can read but he might get overwhelmed because he feels everything very strongly and doesn't bottle any of it.

Rip Van Winkle singinghuntress is a bit of a roller coaster when it comes to emotions and definitely not stable. She'll go from calm to lust to murderous within moments of one another and whatever she's feeling, it's overwhelmingly strong...So not sure how well he'll be able to handle her emotions x.x

As for Yin water_specters What he'll get mostly from her are faint, barely there emotions. It... might actually take a little concentration to get anything from her. But, they are there! Otherwise, she might just feel like a void? IDK.

Castiel ofthursday would be an odd case. Though he feels strong emotions, he isn't human, and his mind is both a confusing place and not something that humans can usually perceive safely. Maybe a middle ground, like that Quatre could feel his stronger emotions, but only a little and like they're through static? That might work and be interesting too. c:

Sephiroth actually has training in keeping things out of his head these days. So anything Quatre gets from him is likely to be somewhat muffled, like listening through a wall. Also, there is another presence that is not Sephiroth, secondary and buried but there. Jenova is mostly just angry all the time, though, since Sephiroth has her locked down.

Feel free to read Akito and Agito, though because they have three minds in one, the feelings of the mind in active control of the body of the time would be the strongest, with either Akito or Agito's (depending on which is active at the time) merging together quite strongly with the first, though still obviously slightly dampened, with Lind's being the weakest of them all.

Mind you, with Pitch being both technically a spacealien (not kidding) and a spirit older than humanity (also not kidding) and... pretty much batshit crazy it's probably an interesting sort of thing to empath with.

He also has a horde of literal pure evil infesting his body/soul that's a hivemind of hungry hungry fear inducing eldritch abominations... yeah.

Well, Labrador is technically a God and he's always been very good at hiding his true feelings so I'm going with it being very hard for Quatre to read him.

Surface emotions, sure, business as usual. Deeper ones are probably going to be more difficult, and would be a lot darker.
