Pretty straight forward. You have an idea you want to play out with Quatre, throw up a starter or plotting comment and we'll go from there.

As Quatre is empathic, being a 'New Type' in the Gundam Wing universe, he can pick up strong emotions from people. Strength also increases due to how well he comes to know someone.

For RP purposes, please comment here on if Quatre can 'read' your character's emotions, or if you don't want him to feel anything.
